We interview all candidates against your vacancy and will only forward you a handful of CVs who match your job brief (typically 5 or 6 relevant CVs).
We have expertise in sourcing marketing talent and use LinkedIn, Job Boards, and our own CV database to identify candidates who meet your requirements.

Placement Fees of 15%
CV Screen charge 15% of the basic salary for permanent recruitment.
We are so confident in our service that we will provide you with a candidate guarantee which means that you’ll receive a rebate across the first 100 days of the candidates employment.
This rebate protects you on the rare occasion when a candidate doesn’t work out as expected within the crucial probationary period.
As part of our Charitable ethos, we also donate £50 to a Charity of your choice when we successfully place a candidate with you. Last year, we donated over £10,000 to some fantastic causes.
